
These pictures of the Seaward 35 were taken by William Payne during a boat test with Motor Boats Monthly magazine, in tidal overfalls off Guernsey with Barry Kimber at the helm. David Harland in his Seaward 29 kindly provided the camera boat.
In his report of the boat test Mark Turley wrote:
'The sea conditions through which we pushed the Seaward 35 would have forced most other boats of a similar size, and indeed many larger craft, down to a crawl'
'...the ride and the reassuring lack of squeaks and rattles under such conditions were worthy reminders that some people take their boating more seriously than others, both in how they build them and how they use them.'.
