This little Seaward 23 was built in 1992 with twin 88hp Yanmar diesel engines. She has benefitted from some general maintenance and updating by her present owner who is now looking to move up to a larger Seaward. 'Strider' will happily take you across the Channel as well as coastal cruising in comfort and safety motor boat for a couple or young family to enjoy breaks away.

Mechanical Data:2 x Yanmar 88 hp four cylinder diesel engines fitted with Hurth 2.14:1 reduction gearboxes driving 2 x 3 blade contra rotating propellers on 30 mm diameter stainless steel shafts giving maximum speed of about 20 knots. Cruising speed around 17 knots -fuel consumption around 4 gallons per hour at around 15 kmots. Approx 1490hrs engine running -last serviced and overhauled in November 2007 (all mounts, hoses etc replaced). Cutlass bearings, rudder stock bearings and shaft seals replaced 2008.
