'JoJo' has been kept neat and tidy and in very good order by her present owner over the past 12 years. Only for sale now that he is retiring from boating. Wintered ashore and engines winterised and serviced every year. All servicing carried out by professional boatyard engineers. Compliant for inland waterways (safety certificate to 2013). An ideal family boat with the well behaved handling and excellent sea keeping characteristics as with all Seaward boats. An early viewing is recommended.

Construction: G.R.P. with teak joinery.

Mechanical Data: Mechanical Data: 2 x 4 cylinder 75 hp Yanmar marine diesel engines fitted with 2:1 Hurth gearboxes driving 2 x 3 blade contra rotating propellers on 30 mm diameter stainless steel shafts giving maximum speed of 17 knots. Twin rudders. Fuel consumption at 15 knots is approximately. 2.0 gallons per hour per engine. Fuel lines and gas pipework renewed 2009. Fire extinguishers replaced 2009. Engines last serviced May 2011.

Remarks: The Seaward 23's have proven seakeeping qualities and are probably the most sea kindly vessels in this size range. The twin Yanmar 75hp diesel engines are still the most popular choice of power units today.
