'James Finlay' - SOLD

A nice example of the popular Seaward 25, the 'James Finlay' is for sale due to her owners retirement from boating. An ideal craft for Channel crossings and weekends away for two or for a young family, she has been lightly used and has below average recorded engine hours.

Designer: Arthur Mursell, TT Boat Designs, Isle of Wight.

Builder: Seaward Marine Ltd, Guernsey. Year: 1996

Construction: G.R.P. with teak joinery.

Mechanical Data: 2 x 4 cylinder 100hp Yanmar marine diesel engines fitted with 2:1 Hurth hydraulic gearboxes driving 2 x 3 blade contra rotating propellers on 35 mm diameter stainless steel shafts giving maximum speed of around 20 knots. Twin cast bronze rudders are fitted. Fuel consumption at 15 knots is approximately. 2.0 gallons per hour per engine. Turbo chargers replaced 2005. Approx engine running hours: 1050 hrs.
